- Strong IT services delivery management experience in multinational and domestic companies, experienced in technical and operations consulting projects management, deployment of infrastructure and security solutions;
- Broad technical knowledge with experience in architecture design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions;
- Critical problem solving, time-management skills through experience in problem and incident management, extensive experience of consulting and premier support services;
- Specialized in technical IT service management and solutions delivery by System Center, operations management and services delivery management, ITIL/MOF services design and implementation;
- Excellent in customers and partners technical support management; experienced in project management; strong in stakeholders relationship management; passion for understanding of the customer’s key business drivers;
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills; advanced analytical and strong presentations skills;
- Self-starter, highly structured and organized, team player, hardworking, energetic, positive;
- Fluent in English, Native in Ukrainian, Russian, Intermediate in Spanish.
